The User and/or Client guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. It also guarantees that the data provided are accurate and up to date, being responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.

In the event that the user gives their consent to the processing of their data or exercises their rights of cancellation or suppression, their personal data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Administration of Justice for the legally established periods in order to attend to any possible liabilities arising from the processing of the same.

10. UPDATING THE POLICY

This policy has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the Community regulation on Personal Data Protection, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
